I'm Manuel Mata Moreno, the author of "Overcome your fears and reach your dreams". I wrote my first book meanwhile I was leaving a difficult situation and overcoming my own fears in order to have a fuller life.
However, this book is not autobiographic, even if there are some personal experiences that I explain, but only as an example to understand better the lecture.
